4. Enquiry Storage and Email Notifications
During the website pilot phase, enquiry information may be stored in a protected internal CSV record and sent by email to authorised GGWPI personnel.
The storage folder is outside the public website directory and is excluded from source-control publication. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
5. CDCPC Dataset Catalogue
The CDCPC public catalogue displays limited metadata relating to historical survey records. Public map coordinates are approximate and are not intended to disclose exact project or borewell locations.
Raw field observations, exact coordinates, client identities, internal reports and confidential project information are not offered as unrestricted public downloads.
Dataset-access requests are reviewed manually. GGWPI may contact the applicant to understand intended use, available formats, technical limitations and applicable commercial terms.
6. Google Maps
Certain website pages use Google Maps to display approximate survey locations or office-location information.
When a Google Map is loaded, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, map interactions and referring page information. Google’s handling of such information is governed by its own privacy terms and policies.
